Earlier this year I met a couple, Lyle and Helen, who shared my love for the artist Steve Hanks and were ready for one level living.Lyle and Helen packed their boxes, while I organized my marketing plan of flyers, mailings, emails, and ads so that when they did move I was ready to go full force with getting their empty home sold.
